Stupid Question about Green Lantern 1 & 2, 3D?

I saw the trailer for the Green Lantern 3D 2011, and I remember seeing
it before, "there's water in the tap" part, so I was confused if Green
Lantern 3D is just the same movie again in 3D.

Is the new 2011 Green Lantern 3D movie new, or the same as the movie
released before, like 2 years ago or something, but in 3D now. Or is
it like part 2 of that movie, but in 3D.

plus..is it a good movie? I'm a 14 year old girl, and I hate scary
movies, should I watch "Bad Teacher" instead? or go Green Lantern in
3D?
