The CW orders more 'Ringer'

The CW has given a complete-season order to rookie drama "Ringer." The Sarah Michelle Gellar vehicle continues to be the most powerful addition towards the net's schedule. The rear-nine pickup signifies The CW's to begin the brand new season. The network saw "Ringer" rebound Tuesday to some .8 rating within the 18-49 demographic from the downtick a week ago. Additionally, it registered a remarkable 40% begin the live-plus-7 rating for that Sept. 13 premiere "Ringer," getting it from the .9 to at least one.3. CW also gave "Ringer" a election of confidence a week ago by providing it another Wednesday time slot vacated by canceled "H8R." In other primetime news, NBC has purchased six more scripts for drama "Prime Suspect." The Thursday 10 p.m. entry has held steady at relatively modest rankings, but NBC is wishing allow it more exposure with repeats on Monday at 10 p.m., time slot formerly lived on by canceled "The Playboy Club." "Ringer" is created by Eco-friendly Eggs and Pam Prods., B & Company Television and ABC Galleries in colaboration with CBS Television Galleries and Warner Bros. Television.
